Metaphorically speaking, mindfulness is the consciousness driving the car. It is aware of the details of driver safety, the cars' operational handles, and the world of things happening on the road around and in front of them.

The more present you are, the more you notice about yourself and others.

MINDSET

Mindset is a person's way of thinking based on a set of established attitudes, values and beliefs.

The value you gain from reprogramming your mindset:

5. Open-mindedness

Metaphorically speaking, mindset is the route you take; the map you follow while driving in the car.

When you have a growth mindset, you're optimistic and you see life as a learning ground. There is always room for improvement. 

MOTIVATION

Motivation is the reason a person has for behaving or acting a certain way.

The value you gain from being motivated:

4. Radiant positive energy

Metaphorically speaking, motivation is the gas that fuels the car you're driving. What lights you up will gas you up. 

MOMENTUM

Momentum is a force gained by a series of actions.

3. Forward thinking

4. Personal power

5. Courage to conquer your fears

Metaphorically speaking, setting cruise control in your car is setting a constant speed in one direction on the highway. Momentum = abundance x  pace.
